Yes, you may exchange your pair of Meridian Gloves™ for a different size. All Meridian Gloves™ Products carry a 10-day customer satisfaction guarantee! This allows you to be certain of the size and let you inspect to see how well designed and the quality of the gloves.

Exchanges:

There are no restocking fees if you need a different size or would like to exchange the gloves..
Gloves that have been worn are not eligible due to hygeine reasons.
We will even pay for the shipping of the goods back to you for the exchange.
You will need to pay the postal fee for mailing it back to us.
You will still need a Return Authorization Number (mandatory, please follow the instructions below).

Refunds: If you have not worn the gloves, you may return the item(s) within 10 days from the original purchase date for a refund. Gloves that are worn are not eligible for a refund.

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking/administration fee.
You will need to pay the postal fee for mailing it back to us.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless there we made an error.
You will still need a Return Authorization Number ((mandatory, please follow the instructions below.).
Allow up to 45 days for processing refunds.

Exceptions: Manufacturer defective or flawed merchandise. Please contact customer service, eww-info@emersonww.com, for procedure details.

Please follow the Guidelines & Instructions below:

Step 1) Request your Return Authorization Number # (mandatory) at eww-info@emersonww.com
For prompt customer service please provide:
Your Full Name
Your Full Address
Your Phone Number
Your Order Number
Your Invoice Number
The Date of your order
If the gloves have been worn
The reason for request
When submitted, your request is emailed to our returns department for approval.

Step 2) When approved, you will be emailed a return authorization number.If your return request is denied, you will be notified as to the reason. All decisions of the returns department are final.We will send you the correct Returns Department address along with our RA#.

Step 3) Carefully package the goods in a sturdy envelope or box. Include a copy of the original invoice, and display your Return Authorization Number (RA#) prominently on the outside of the package or box to avoid processing delays. (Your personal RA# will have been emailed to you from step 1). A refund will be given if product is returned within the allotted time period and all materials, including the printed box and instructions, are returned clean, complete, undamaged, and i no marks, tears, scratches, or erasures). There may be a reduction in the refund if we are unable to issue credit in the same manner as payment was made or if there is damage to the material listed above.

Step 4)
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in accordance with the policies listed above and within 10 days of the original purchase date:
We will exchange the gloves for a different size or
Will credit your Credit Card. Allow 1 billing cycle to see the refund on your credit card.
