Return Policy Qualified items may
be returned 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Exceptions: Some
Manufacturers give less, or more days for the return, please check below
to see those who charge an restocking fee. The time limit exceptions to
the 30 days are stated on the product webpage. Certain restrictions may
apply. Qualified magnetic mattress pads may be returned within 90 days
of purchase for exchange or refund. Please read our Guarantee and Warrantee
Policy for details and qualifications. No returns will be
accepted by Emerson WorldWide after the stated return period. After the
return date deadline, all returns and replacements must be handled directly
with the manufacturer. Manufacturers' warranties vary by product category.
A refund will be given if product is returned within the allotted time
period and all materials, including the printed box and user manual, are
returned clean, complete, undamaged, and in a resalable condition (including
packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.- no marks, tears, scratches, or
erasures). There may be a reduction in the refund if we are unable to
issue credit in the same manner as payment was made or if there is damage
to the material listed above. We do not refund shipping costs, and if
the product was purchased with a "free shipping" offer, that
charge be deducted from the refund for the cost of the initial free outbound
shipping. RMA# Required: You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning an item. The RMA number allows us to accurately tract the information so your account can be properly credited. Items returned without an RMA number can significantly delay or prevent proper credit. Send an email to eww-info@emersonww.com to receive an RMA #, stating the date of your purchase, and reason for return.. Shipping/Restocking Fees: Your refund will be the purchase price of the item not including the shipping and handling charges. On orders that were sent to you Free Shipping and Handling, you will be charged back for our actual shipping and handling cost. Product Manufacturers who require a restocking fee charge:
There is no return accepted for Special Orders, Infrared Helmet, Refurbished Units, Laser/Infrared probes, International Orders (see below) or any of the Equine/Animal products. Please allow up to two weeks from the time we receive your returned item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. * Please do not send any packages C.O.D., as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D. We refund shipping charges in the following cases: we ship an incorrect product; we ship a defective product; the carrier damages a product during shipping. If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge. International
Orders International
orders may be subject to additional Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees and
Taxes, which are the purchaser's responsibility and are in addition to
our quoted shipping and handling charges. Brokerage Fees and taxes are
typically based on the Invoice Amount of your order, and collected at
the time of delivery. Please keep in mind that all International Shipments
/ Sales are final. Any taxes, duty, customs charges, brokerage charges
or tariffs are the purchaser's responsibility, and are collected at the
time of delivery. Emerson WorldWide will not pay for any additional charges
incurred in the shipping or receiving process. We appreciate your business and always strive to be fair, but we do have to maintain these standards and policies. |
