Unless stated otherwise on a product page, all Returns fall under this Return Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund minus shipping and handling charges including orders with free shipping. There is a 20% manufacturer’s restocking fee on all returned items. Items must be in pristine, new condition and in original packaging. No returns will be accepted by Emerson WorldWide after the stated return period.
Please follow the Guidelines & Instructions below:
Step 1) Request your Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA #) (this is mandatory) at
firstname.lastname@example.org, or you may use the Contact Form.
For prompt customer service please provide:
Full Name and Full Address
Email address used when order was made
Model Name Order Date
The reason for request
When submitted, your request is emailed to our Returns Department for approval. The
RMA number allows us to accurately tract the information so your account can be properly credited.
Step 2) When approved, you will be emailed a RMA#. If your return request is denied, you will be notified as to the reason. We will send you the correct Returns Department mailing address along with your RMA#.
Step 3) Carefully package the goods, and include a copy of the original invoice, and your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the outside of the package, other than the mailing label.
Shipping charges will be deducted from original price on all free shipping items returned.
A refund will be given if product is returned within the allotted time period, and all materials, including the printed box and user manual, are returned clean, complete, undamaged. There may be a reduction in the refund if we are unable to issue credit in the same manner as payment was made or if there is damage to the material listed above. No return will be accepted for credit unless it is in a ‘like new condition’ and is packed in its original packaging. Smokers who return products must be aware that if we detect the smell of smoke on an item making it not re-sellable, no credit will be issued.
Step 4) Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in accordance with the policies listed above and within the product’s time limit for return, we will exchange the product if it is your request, or refund your money. Your refund will be the purchase price of the item not including the shipping and handling charges. On orders that were sent to you Free Shipping and Handling, you will be charged back for our actual shipping and handling cost for the returned item.
Exceptions: Special orders & discounted, Sale, products, Equine/Animal products are non-returnable. If you are unsure of the refund policy of a product, we encourage you to us the Contact Form and ask. Read International Orders for their exceptions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any product is received damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we must be notified within 7 days from date of receipt. Shipping companies will not insure or allow us to place claims after this period of time. It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately check your item for damage or defect upon receiving. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs to and from Emerson WorldWide if a product is defective or fails after 30 days of receipt. Emerson WorldWide reserves the right to replace or repair.
With these guidelines fulfilled, we will credit your Credit Card. Please allow up to two weeks from the time we receive your returned item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. * Please do not send any packages C.O.D., as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D.
Most products carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Products with exceptions are usually listed on the product page. During the first 30 days after purchase we will assist you with any warranty issues and there will be no shipping cost to you. After 30 days warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer. Most often the manufacturer will not cover shipping costs for warranty issues.
